Rank 2 - Primary Attribute: Memory - Secondary Attribute: Intelligence
Specialization in Omber processing and refining. Allows a skilled refiner to utilize substandard refining facilities at considerably greater efficiency. 5% reduction in Omber refining waste per skill level.

• Refinery Efficiency Level III
  • Refining Level V
    • Industry Level I

Secondary Skill required

• Metallurgy Level II
  • Science Level IV

Description

Applies to Refining. Particularly useful when using refining equipment that has an efficiency below 50%, like some stations and Mobile Refineries.
