Skill Descriptions
EVE Online offers well over 200 skills to learn. In some cases it's apparent what you need them for by their names and info alone, but some skills have more than one use and others are plain mysterious. This article lists the available skillgroups. Look at the individual skillgroup pages to see the skills and their articles.

- Cloaking (6, INT, MEM) - Skill at using Cloaking devices. 10% per level reduction in targeting delay after uncloaking per skill level.

- Electronic Warfare (2, INT, MEM) - Operation of ECM/ECCM jamming systems. 5% less capacitor need for ECM systems per skill level.
Requirements: Electronics I.
- Electronics (1, INT, MEM) - Basic understanding of spaceship sensory and computer systems. 5% Bonus to ship CPU output per skill level.

Requirements: Electronics IV & Electronic Warfare III.
- Long Range Targeting (2, INT, MEM) - Skill at long range targeting. 5% Bonus to targeting range per skill level.
Requirements: Electronics II.
- Multitasking (3, INT, MEM) - Skill at targeting multiple targets. +1 extra target per skill level, up to the ship's maximum allowed number of targets locked.
Requirements: Targeting V.
- Propulsion Jamming (3, INT, MEM) - Skill at using propulsion/warpdrive jammers. 5% Reduction to warp scrambler and stasis web capacitor need per skill level.

- Sensor Linking (3, INT, MEM) - Skill at using remote sensor booster/damper. 5% less capacitor need for sensor link per skill level.

- Signal Dispersion (5, INT, MEM) - Skill at the operation of target jamming equipment. 5% bonus to strength of all ECM jammers per skill level.
Requirements: Electronics V & Electronic Warfare IV.
- Signal Suppression (5, INT, MEM) - Skill at the operation of remote sensor dampers. 5% bonus to remote sensor dampers' scan resolution and targeting range suppression per skill level.
Requirements: Electronics V & Sensor Linking IV.
- Signature Analysis (1, INT, MEM) - Skill at operating Targeting systems. 5% improved targeting speed per skill level.
Requirements: Electronics I.
- Signature Focussing (5, INT, MEM) - Advanced understanding of target painting technology. 5% bonus to target painter modules' signature radius multiplier per skill level.

- Survey (1, INT, MEM) - Skill at operating scanners. 5% improvement in scanner speeds per skill level.
